Computer Club Board of Directors Actions

The Computer Club Board of Directors took the following actions

At its meeting on Wednesday, October 10, 2007

Motions Passed:

Bill Wilkinson moved that the web site for the Gigabyte be moved from COAM.Net to a new web service company, to be determined, by the end of the year.  Dick Kling seconded the motion.

Irene Burt moved and Bill Wilkinson seconded the motion to table the discussion of the constitution from CCOC until the new board takes over in January 2008.

Other Actions:

Budget Review Committee was set up to meet in November.

Edna Bulach is seeking a new hospitality chair to take over for the January general meeting.

Edna Bulach reported the current slate of officers for the 2008 board.

Plans for the Volunteer Luncheon to be held on November 30 at Desert Vista were finalized.
