Board of Directors Actions

The Computer Club Board of Directors took the following actions at the meeting on Wednesday,  April 9, 2008  

Motion Passed: 

Edna Bulach made a motion that the SCSCC 2008 Constitution be ratified as distributed and that it be presented to the membership for approval at the June General Membership Meeting.  The motion was seconded by Bill Wilkinson and unanimously approved by the Board by voice vote.
